The 1814 Gathering House Shoppe

Formerly a tavern and hotel, people would
gather to exchange and spread news of the latest events.
Built in 1814, this is the original site of the first building in Intercourse. In 2007, this building was transformed into
The Old Candle Barn's sister store with a a wide variety of
items such as home decor, lighting, lotions, lip balms, jewelry, scarves, hand bags, bedding, candles and so much more!

The 1814 Gathering House Shoppe is located along the
sidewalk on the west side of The Old Candle Barn's
parking lot in the Village of Intercourse at:
3551 Old Philadelphia Pike
